CEO
Originally hailing from the East Coast, Alle has lived in Washington long enough to proudly call herself a PNW transplant—with rain boots, kayaks, and all. She joined the YWCA Bellingham family in 2016, blending her background in finance and communications with a heart for community service. It was a match made in mission-driven heaven.
Now serving as Chief Executive Officer, Alle brings both passion and purpose to her role, leading an amazing team that’s laser-focused on eliminating racism and empowering women. She’s all-in when it comes to expanding YWCA’s reach—whether it’s launching an emergency shelter for women and children or securing a $2 million property to provide safe, stable housing for those experiencing instability. Her approach? Tackle big issues like homelessness, poverty, and inequality head-on, with a lens that’s as holistic as it is hopeful.
Since 2011, Bellingham has been Alle’s beloved home base. She and her husband are raising two spirited kiddos who keep her on her toes and constantly remind her why the work matters. When she’s not in mission-mode, Alle fully embraces the joyful chaos of parenthood- whether she’s volunteering in the classroom, baking for the next event, or cheering from the sidelines. In her rare moments of downtime, you’ll find Alle soaking up time with her family, on the volleyball court, or enjoying the nearest body of water—her true happy place.

Admin & Marketing Communications Manager
Aloha! My name is Kanoe (kuh-no-ee) and I’m Hawaiian and Alaskan Native. My husband and I have lived in Bellingham for about 8 years now and don’t plan on moving anytime soon. I took this position with the YWCA because empowering women every day is truly an opportunity I couldn’t pass up. My previous roll was in property management and as the office manager, I’m able to apply my skills and grow.

Y’s Buys Store Manager
Cori brings her love of fashion and thrifting to Y's Buys, where she gets to combine two of her favorite things: helping people find clothes that make them feel amazing and supporting YWCA's mission.
As a transgender woman, she knows firsthand how the right outfit can be transformative – and she's passionate about creating that experience for everyone who walks through our doors. She believes that everyone deserves to feel fabulous – and that sustainable fashion can change both wardrobes and lives.
Since making Bellingham her home in 2022, Cori has fallen in love with the community and its creative spirit. When she's not at Y's Buys, you might find her dancing, writing, or spending time with friends – though she admits to spending an inordinate amount of time and money perfecting her personal style, which she considers her own form of art.
