Unity Tea Event Success
Thank you to everyone who attended The League and YWCA Unity Tea! Our fabulous poets hit the stage to talk about diversity and the struggle to earn the right to vote for minorities. The Bellingham Theatre Guild graciously provided the entertainers their costumes for the night. A huge thank you to Rebecca Mabanglo-Major, Na'ta'ne Morning-Song Miles, Leslie Wharton, Shovia Muchirawehondo, Katelyn Graber and Daniel Canham who were our poets and entertainers for the evening.
The League of Women Voters of Bellingham/ Whatcom County and YWCA Bellingham continue to work together to bring unity to our community and work together for a better future for all.
